Today in Apexevo: calories, protein and water against their targets
Today with a nineteen-day logging streak

Features

Everything a healthier routine needs, and nothing it does not

One app for what you eat, how you train, how you sleep and what you take, built so the parts talk to each other.

A plan with its reasons

Calories, protein and water worked out from your body, your goal and your week, each with the sum behind it that you can open.

Logging in seconds

Water in a tap, meals from your own food library and recipes, drinks that count toward water, sleep and weight. It all works with no signal.

Training for your kit

Sessions built for the equipment you have and the time you have, with a reason for every exercise and for anything left out.

Programs that wait for you

Full body, upper and lower, or push, pull and legs. Days follow in order, so a missed Tuesday never breaks the week.

Medicines on time

Reminders at every dose, answered Taken, Snooze or Skip from the notification, and a record you can share with your doctor.

A weekly review

What moved, what the plan changed and why, and the one thing most worth working on next week.

Reminders that respect your day

Water on an interval, only while you are behind. A weigh-in on your chosen morning. Everything is off until you turn it on.

Streaks that never punish

Count the days you log and the sessions you do. Missing a day pauses the count. It never resets.

How it works

Three steps, then it keeps up with you

  1. 1

    Answer honestly

Your goal, a few numbers about you, a short safety screen and how you live. About five minutes.

  2. 2

Get a plan you can follow

Targets for food and water, sessions for your equipment, and the reason behind every number.

  3. 3

    Log, and let it adjust

Each weigh-in and each week of logging sharpens the plan. The weekly review says what changed and why.

Nutrition

Log what you eat without it taking over your day

Save the foods you actually eat, build recipes from them once, and log a meal in a couple of taps. Drinks count toward your water. Every entry can be undone, and it all works in a kitchen with no signal.

  • Calories and protein against targets made for you
  • A food library and recipes of your own
  • Photos of your foods, kept with them

Training

Sessions built around what you have

Tell Apexevo what you train with and how long you have. It picks exercises that suit your level and your joints, explains each choice, sets rest timers, and moves you on when a weight gets easy.

  • Bodyweight, dumbbells, a full gym or anything between
  • Swap an exercise mid-session for one that fits
  • Programs that follow their order, not the calendar
The Train tab offering a full body session

Medicines

Every dose, on time, and a record to show for it

Add what you take and when. A reminder arrives at each time, even with the app closed, and you answer it from the notification. Doses you forgot to log can be filled in afterwards, marked as such.

  • Taken, In 10 minutes or Skip, right from the reminder
  • Seven days of adherence at a glance
  • A thirty-day record to share with your doctor

Weekly review

A week of logging turned into one thing to do next

On the day you choose, Apexevo looks back at your week: training, food, water, sleep and the scale, what it changed in your plan and why, and a rating across six parts of your health.

  • One focus for next week, the most basic gap first
  • Six domains, never squashed into one number
  • Nothing about food or weight after an eating screen says not to

Safety first

It knows when not to push

Before it suggests anything, Apexevo asks a short, standard health screen. What you answer changes what it will and will not ask of you, and it always tells you why.

Read how the plan is worked out
  • Weight loss is capped at a safe rate, and halved with gout.
  • Calorie targets and weight-loss plans are never shown after an eating-disorder screen says they should not be.
  • The water target is left to your doctor with kidney or heart conditions.
  • Pregnancy and a recent injury or surgery are told plainly that this is not the right tool for now.
  • Exercises that could hurt an injured joint are left out, with the reason shown.
  • Streaks are never offered where a count to keep up would do harm.

Where you are

Six parts of your health, never one number

Body composition, fitness, strength, nutrition, recovery and consistency, each against people of your age and sex. Consistency measures you against yourself, so a beginner who turns up scores well from the first week.

Questions

What people ask first

All questions
What is Apexevo?

An app for iPhone and Android that brings nutrition, training, sleep, water and medicines into one plan. You answer a few honest questions, it works out targets and sessions that suit you, and it explains every number it gives you.

Who is it for?

Adults who want to lose fat, build muscle, do a bit of both, or simply stay healthy, and who would rather understand their plan than follow it blindly. You need to be 18 or over.

Is it medical advice?

No. Apexevo gives general fitness and nutrition guidance. It screens for the situations where that guidance could do harm and says so plainly, but it is not a doctor and does not replace one.

How much does it cost?

Apexevo is in beta, and the beta is free. There are no ads, and your data is never sold.

How do I get it?

The beta is open to a small group first. Send a message from the contact page and you will hear back when there is a place for you.
