Medicines and reminders
Add what you take, get a reminder at every dose, and keep a record to share.
Add a medicine
Open Meds and add a medicine with its name, an optional dose such as “500 mg”, the times you take it, the days, and whether it is taken with food. Medicines you named when setting up are offered to add in one tap.
Apexevo asks to send notifications the first time. Reminders arrive even when the app is closed.
Answer a reminder
Each reminder has three buttons:
- Taken, to log the dose
- In 10 minutes, to be reminded again shortly
- Skip, to record that you skipped it
You can also mark doses from Meds, where today’s doses are listed with Taken, Skip and Undo.
Forgot to log one?
Doses from the past week with nothing logged are listed under Not logged this week. Mark them now; the record notes they were logged afterwards.
Share a record
Meds shows how the last seven days went for each medicine. Share gives you a plain record of the last thirty days, ready to send to your doctor.
A note on silent mode
Reminders are notifications, so they follow your phone’s silent and focus settings. An alarm option that sounds through silent mode is on its way.
